As the VP Human Resources for Europe at American Tower, I oversee the human resources processes and programs for all countries in the region, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic, business, and people objectives. I also serve as a board director, contributing to the governance and decision-making of the organization. With over 12 years of experience in human resource management, I have developed a strong expertise in talent forecasting, performance management, compensation and benefits development, employee engagement, and organizational development. Prior to joining American Tower, I was the Global HR Director for the Food Business Unit at Symrise AG, where I provided HR leadership and operational support across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America regions. I successfully implemented HR initiatives and best practices that enhanced the talent pipeline, increased employee retention, improved performance outcomes, and fostered a culture of innovation and collaboration. I am passionate about developing and empowering people, creating value for stakeholders, and driving transformational change in the HR field.
