About Sofia Vitali

Senior Auditor in Deloitte & Touche (Big 4 leading company). I moved from my small town of origin to Bologna in order to study in the most ancient University of the World as well as one of the best. I first graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Economia Aziendale), during which I had the opportunity to go to Germany for my Erasmus (Bielefeld University) and deepen my language knowledge (both German and English). During this period I was able to meet and build relationships with people from all around the world. When I came back I continued my studies and completed my Master's Degree in Economics and Accounting (Economia e Professione), during which I started an internship in Deloitte and continued afterwards in the Audit and Assurance function. I enjoy the competitive environment, since I have always played team-sport at high level, the team-work as a Team-member and now a Team-leader. I work for many clients in different businesses (coffee, vending machines, mode, data capture and electronic devices, tail lifts, ceramics are just examples). I also learned how to recognize and map risks, how to address them, how to manage small and large teams, how to deal and establish good relationships with clients and analyze financial data also with the use of Big Data Analytics Tool such as Power Bi. I love sports, I am currently playing beach volleyball at Regional and National level and Martial Arts (Aikido), which allows me to take care of both the body and my mind. My values: empathy, loyalty and innovation.
