With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and driven restaurant manager who strives to deliver the best experience possible to customers and staff. I have a strong background in culinary arts, wine stewardship, and bartending, as well as a certification in hotel reservation software. I recently managed the restaurant operations of Domaine Sigalas, an award-winning winery and restaurant in Santorini, which was included in the Top 100 wineries in the world by Wine & Spirits magazine in 2016, 2018, and 2020. I planned and directed all aspects of the restaurant, from staff training and scheduling, to menu design and wine selection, to budgeting and inventory control. I also interacted with customers to ensure their inquiries and complaints were handled promptly and professionally. I am proud of achieving high standards of service and quality, as well as increasing the profitability and efficiency of the restaurant. My goal in life is to always keep learning new things, meet people from different walks of life, and challenge myself to grow both personally and professionally. I am a friendly, hardworking, and dedicated individual who values creativity, innovation, and excellence.
