About Sofian Abassi

I work at the intersection of IT support, security operations, and software testing. Over the past few years, I’ve gained experience supporting teams at organizations such as Geico and Google Mandiant, where I managed access control, troubleshooting, and system monitoring in high security environments. I have also developed a strong foundation in QA testing. I built a Selenium automation framework for an ecommerce project, tested APIs with Postman, and designed SQL databases for hands on projects. My focus is on identifying issues, improving reliability, and ensuring technology performs as expected. I am AWS Certified and proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow, as well as languages including Java and SQL. Problem solving motivates me, whether it’s resolving a technical issue quickly or creating efficient test cases to prevent problems before they occur. I am committed to continuous learning and growth, and I look forward to applying my skills to new challenges and opportunities in technology.
