Mon rôle consiste à optimiser les workflows, renforcer la résilience des systèmes et accompagner les équipes dans leur évolution vers des modèles plus agiles et collaboratifs. Actuellement engagé dans l’Executive Master ESSEC en Management & Gouvernance des Organisations, je fais le lien entre expertise technologique et leadership stratégique, avec un intérêt particulier pour l’intégration de l’IA et la modernisation des organisations techniques.
