About Sofie Balslev-Olesen

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, I’ve worked across most parts of the residential value chain – from early-stage development and concept creation to marketing, sales, lettings, and operations. My focus has always been on combining commercial insight with a deep understanding of the customer journey. In recent years, I’ve had the opportunity to build and lead Nrep’s Danish residential platform, Juli Living. It has been a rewarding journey – growing the team from 3 to 40+ people, onboarding more than 80 assets, and developing a scalable platform with a strong internal culture and shared mindset. I enjoy working in environments where people take responsibility, stay curious, and approach complexity with both creativity and clarity to find smart, simple solutions. I’m motivated by solving meaningful challenges, creating value and finding the balance between strategy and hands-on execution.
