About Sofie Janssens

As manager of the controlling team, I’m responsible to provide management with correct information about the different businesses across the regions and support the business with accurate input. Next to the day-to-day controlling and KPI reporting, I'm also involved in M&A, capex and the budgeting & forecast process. I work closely together with our CFO and the different business owners to help them in their day-to-day job and I coach my team to become relevant business partners. In close coordination with our consolidation department, we report group figures to our internal and external customers and we make investment and cash flow analyses. Being part of the global core finance team, I'm involved in the strategic processes and future planning of finance. Coming from EY, I saw a lot of different companies and processes, but I enjoy now the fact that I can contribute to a true family company as Ravago.
