As the Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner in People & Purpose, I bring 9 years of experience to my role. I ensure the successful execution of our FY27 strategy by managing communications, including presentations and written materials, for our talent projects. I believe in communicating with impact to both our leadership and our people. Additionally, I enhance leadership governance and manage meeting agendas, facilitating seamless collaboration among P&P counterparts across Europe. Recently, I have taken on an extra responsibility, working on the E2E onboarding program, ensuring new hires have a smooth and successful start at the firm.
