About Sofie Stechl

As Head of Brand and People at CUP Contract Labs I combine my experience in understanding customers and galvanising teams to enable and drive innovation and growth. My mission is to empower employees to achieve peak performance within a clearly defined, relevant work environment guided by a strong brand identity. Previously, I’ve held progressive innovation and marketing leadership roles, all built on my Food Tech and Food Chemistry background. As one of my key roles, I was Head of Incubation, Group Strategy & Business Development at Müller, leading a groundbreaking innovative venture exploring plant-based opportunities for the €4.9 billion dairy group. Previously I’ve held progressive Marketing, Innovation, Product Management and R&D Leadership roles across the Müller Group. I am a Design Thinking Coach - having qualified in 2023 from the Hasso Planner Institute. As an ada-fellow I was able to gain a lot of new skills to stay at the forefront of technological Innovations, especially artificial intelligence and new work leadership.
