O365 Insights Project Lead: Investigating how Office 365 can benefit DHL SL EMEA and enhance our operations. Translating Requirements: Utilizing the DMAIC methodology to convert business needs (the "why") and functional requirements (the "what") into actionable technical specifications (the "how"). Billing Solution Rollout: Played a crucial role in the implementation of the FOI (EDQ-Oracle EBS / EIS) billing solution, defining processes from transactional data to financial billing. Architectural Support: Co-leading the architectural framework, documenting scope, and developing finance-related processes within SL EMEA. Standard Work Application: Ensuring business requirements align with the concept of standard work for efficiency and consistency. Data Integrity Assurance: Testing and validating data to ensure accuracy and consistency in collaboration with the business. Application Review and Adaptation: Evaluating existing applications and modifying them to meet the evolving needs of the business. User Community Engagement: Overseeing rollout, training, and serving as the primary point of contact for our user community. Project Involvement: Actively participating in project work and providing support with ad hoc analyses. IPA Implementation: Driving the rollout of improvements and solution design through the use of Robotic Process Automation. Power Platform Developer: Designing and developing applications and workflows using Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
