Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communication | Proven Expertise in Event Management, Marketing, and Brand Experience I began my career as a Sales Agent for Telenet, one of Belgium’s largest telecom companies, where I honed my sales skills over a two-year period. Building on this solid foundation, I transitioned to Janssens Alusystems, an SME with a global client base. Here, I wore multiple hats as a Customer Service Manager, Production Planner, and Marketing-Communication Specialist, gaining diverse experience and broadening my professional expertise. In mid-2014, I shifted my career trajectory by joining Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, the corporate & specialty insurer under the Allianz Group, as a Personal Assistant to the CEO for the Mediterranean region. Since 2016, I have been pivotal in driving internal and external communications, organizing events, and supporting local market management in the Benelux. My role expanded in 2019 to encompass brand management across the entire Mediterranean region. July 2020 marked the beginning of a new chapter at AGCS, with the new set up within Global Distribution. Collaborating with colleagues, I helped shape the Global Marketing & Customer Experience strategy for AGCS. The launch of our new trade name, Allianz Commercial, presented an exciting challenge: redefining our brand and visual identity. This project was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. In early 2024, I was appointed Global Brand Experience Manager for Allianz Commercial, where I continue to drive brand strategy and enhance brand experience on a global scale.
