About me: With nearly 10 years of experience at A.S. Adventure, I’ve grown from passionate sales advisor to a trusted department manager and store lead. I know the company inside out, and over the years I’ve developed strong skills in both customer service and operational management. Currently, I co-manage several key departments such as: Winter Sports, Active Wear, Bay & Beach, Bike, and Camping. Together with my fellow department head, I oversee day-to-day operations, team coaching, seasonal transitions, and ensure a high-level customer experience across all areas. I also regularly step into the role of “3rd in command”, taking responsibility for the store’s overall planning, team support, and decision-making when needed. I enjoy keeping an overview, acting quickly when challenges arise, and helping the store run smoothly even during peak moments. In addition, I handle various back-office tasks, such as monitoring internal communication, logging system issues, and following up on technical or operational problems until they’re resolved. One of my greatest passions is visual merchandising. I love thinking creatively, designing new presentations, and finding ways to inspire customers through strong visuals and attractive product placement. It’s where I can fully express my eye for detail, sense of style, and commercial thinking. Working in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment has made me a flexible, motivated, and hands-on professional, someone who’s committed to both the team and the overall customer experience.
