About Sofie Werme

With extensive experience ranging from the automotive industry to gaming and IT forensics I possess a breadth in my professional knowledge. I work independently and have through structured change work helped to transform technically rooted organizations to start working more user-centric and impact driven. I am a passionate UX designer, who have chosen to specialize a little extra in service design and accessibility. Meeting users always gives me an incredible amount of energy, as well as the feeling of being able to improve people's everyday lives. I'm used to working remote and have no problems traveling when there is a need for it. I have been told that I have a talent for communicating my insights and ideas in a convincing way and that I am good at engaging my colleagues in process flows, insights and results.
