With over 7 years of experience in the information technology and services industry, I am a PS Technical Consultant I Team Leader at NCR Corporation, a global leader in software, hardware, and services for banks, retailers, and restaurants. In this role, I lead an international team of 5 people, organize the workload, provide guidance and mentorship, oversee trainings, and assist the supervisor in the improvement of ideas and recruiting new hires. I am skilled in Spanish, translation, communication, consulting, resolving issues, training, and multitasking. I work with multiple NCR software applications about the clients' Point-of-Sales systems for fast food chain restaurants, executing configuration changes, troubleshooting issues, and directly communicating with clients in Spanish and English.
