I have recently completed my master’s degree in Economic and Business Sociology at the University of Salzburg and am now eager to bring my knowledge and passion into the private sector. During my studies, I worked as a teaching assistant at the Department of Sociology and the Department of Human Resource Management, which allowed me to deepen my expertise in areas such as organizational behavior, human resource management, and business administration. My academic background has equipped me with strong analytical skills and the ability to understand the social and economic dynamics that shape organizations. I believe that combining sociological insights with economic perspectives provides valuable tools to address complex business challenges and to foster sustainable growth.
