About Sofiyah Sofiyah

I am a Bachelor of Economics graduate from IPB University with a strong interest in Human Resources. My experience as a Project Management Officer has involved managing various capacity building programs such as executive training, leadership development, mini MBA, microcredential, certifications, webinars, talk shows, and company recruitment. These experiences have strengthened my skills in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and people development. At the same time, I recognize the value of digital marketing in promoting programs, expanding outreach, and enhancing institutional branding. By combining program management expertise with digital marketing approaches such as content creation, social media campaigns, and data-driven promotion, I am able to contribute to both the success of organizational initiatives and the visibility of the institution in a competitive environment.
