The nine key areas included Total Sales Achievement & Growth, Premium Product Sales & Contribution, Market Share, Trade Spend, AR Collection, EBITDA, PSI Management, Long Term Inventories Management, and Retail Concept related. This comprehensive achievement significantly accelerated my career progression and was highly appreciated by the leadership, underscoring my ability to deliver exceptional results across diverse business functions. My journey has been defined by strong interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and unwavering self-motivation. With over 20 years of progressive experience, I've navigated diverse and dynamic industries, initially making a significant impact in Consumer Electronics. My roles at Panasonic Gobel Indonesia (PGI), Samsung Electronics Indonesia (SEIN), Acer Indonesia (AIN), and LG Electronics Indonesia (LGEIN) allowed me to master Sales & Marketing Strategy, Channel Management, and Business Process Improvement, consistently achieving market share leadership and driving substantial growth. Since June 2020, I've embraced the challenging yet exciting world of commodities at PT. Riau Andalan Kertas (RAK/RAPP) as Country GM for Indonesia. In 2025, I've been at the helm of the entire Pulp, Paper, Board business, including the initiation of new board business and crafting head-to-head marketing strategies against long-established competitors. I leverage my consumer expertise to innovate and lead in a downtrending industry, managing nationwide sales (Direct, Traditional, Modern Retail, E-Commerce), comprehensive marketing teams, and coordinating logistic and finance, all while ensuring robust P&L performance. Looking ahead, my goal is to continue leading complex commercial operations and driving sustainable business transformation within challenging market landscapes. I am passionate about leveraging my business acumen and cross-industry insights to identify new opportunities, optimize processes, and cultivate high-performing teams.
