With over 25 years of experience in education, project management, and customer service, I bring a unique blend of leadership, organizational excellence, and multilingual communication skills. I currently serve as a Senior Project Manager at Ta’heal for Applied Technology Schools, where I lead and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of nationwide educational projects. My career spans diverse roles — from managing educational operations in the Egyptian-Japanese School Project to delivering customer support in international online banking environments. I hold a PhD in French Literature and have a strong academic foundation in language, literature, and interpretation. I’m fluent in Arabic and French, with a very good command of English, and have completed advanced training in Human Resources and instructional design. Driven by a passion for education and excellence, I thrive in roles that require strategic oversight, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
