Soham has advised clients on a wide variety of claims under Indian Arbitration Law and has experience in dealing with disputes arising on the original and appellate side of the Bombay High Court. Soham also advises clients in litigation before the Supreme Court of India, the Bombay High Court, the City Civil Court and Small Causes Court at Bombay, the Mumbai Bench of the Debt Recovery Tribunal and National Company Law Tribunal, the State Consumer Forum and has further represented clients before Arbitral Tribunals and Court appointed Commissions.
