About Soham Chandak

As a commis de cuisine at Chenot Palace Weggis, I apply my culinary arts and hospitality management skills to create exquisite dishes for the guests of the luxury wellness resort. I have a master's degree in hospitality administration/management from IMI International Management Institute Switzerland, and a bachelor's degree and a diploma in culinary arts/chef training from Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) and BHMS Business & Hotel Management School, respectively. I have over two years of work experience in the hospitality industry, including internships at Four Points by Sheraton and Select Service Partner Switzerland, where I learned the fundamentals of cooking, hygiene, and customer service. I am passionate about fine dining, cooking, and hospitality, and I strive to deliver high-quality and memorable experiences for the customers. I am also eager to learn from the experienced chefs and managers at Chenot Palace Weggis, and to further develop my competencies and expertise in this field.
