About Sohani Bitton

As Co-Founder of Bitton, I’ve spent the past two decades building and scaling a hospitality brand that’s become a trusted name in Sydney. My true passion lies in the operational heartbeat of a business — the people, systems, and culture that turn everyday service into lasting success. I specialise in working hands-on with small business operators to streamline operations, strengthen HR practices, and create a workplace culture that attracts and retains great talent. From team recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, to scheduling, systems, and SOPs — I help businesses build strong foundations that support growth and sustainability. I believe that structure brings freedom. My goal is to empower hospitality owners with clarity and confidence, so they can lead with purpose and focus on what they do best. If you're a business owner looking to simplify your processes, strengthen your team, or scale your hospitality venture with more ease, I’d love to connect. https://bittongourmet.com.au/pages/consulting
