I have 11 years work experience in electrical equipment and switchgear industry. I have worked my way up from junior to managerial position in sales engineering.My specialty is in low voltage and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment and switchgears. This expertise was derived from working in a switchgear manufacturer company as one of the best Siemens partners in the world.This work experience has resulted in competencies as following: Diagnosing customer needs and finding proper solutions. Technical knowledge of electrical distribution equipment and switchgear. Pre-contract negotiation with clients about commercial terms. Project planning, budgeting, controlling and delivering. Team Building, training and empowering. Relationship building, inter-organizations and intra-organization.I have dealt with customers in various industries through more than 100 purchase orders and contracts amounted to over $ 120 million.As a sales manager, I have established management information system (MIS) to streamline work flow through assigning, directing and advising a group consists of an IT expert, some experts of sales and other related processes and a process analyzer. As a result, profit margin and efficiency of the system boosted.And last but not the least, I could explore new creative solutions for available products to expand the business. It was happened for the case that the available products could not meet the clients requirement and the solution made it possible.
