I am Technical HSE Professional with 15 years of practical experience in Health, Safety and Environment and working with Consultancy, EPC Contractor of plant construction/demolition & maintenance projects in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector. Currently working in Abu Dhabi & worked at several projects with main Oil & Gas Companies and gained a lot of experience in the field and having a believe that all accidents are preventable. Roles and Responsibilities: Preparation of Technical and Commercial proposal for the project. Ensure and check Company’s QHSE policy, Safety plan Local Rules and Regulations implementation. Develop and Update HSE plans and overseeing the implementation of the same as per the guidelines Prepare TRA/HIRA/JSA for all HSE Project throughout the organization Performed Monthly and Quarterly HSE audits and Inspection at various project locations and ensures follow-up action until close-out. Overseeing establishment, certification and maintenance of the system and the required documents as per environmental management system. Develop HSE Assurance Program for ADNOC Group of Companies Develop and Update HSEIA and QRA reports Develop and Update HAZOP and SIL Study reports Participate in HAZID Workshop for ADNOC Drilling Onshore and Offshore Rigs and Barge Participate in HAZOP/SIL Study Workshop for all Operating Units of Qatar Petroleum Refinery Provide support to the department on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives e.g. ISO 14001, IS045001 OHSAS 18001, etc. Ensure COVID-19 Precautions has been implemented including social distancing and awareness among all. Develop and Update record of Positive cases and isolation of workers and maintaining records throughout the site.
