About Sohta Hamatsu

I have a degree in the Resource Recycling Systems course and have knowledge of creating a sustainable environment especially in energy sector and currently leaning international business at San Francisco State University. I was born in Hokkaido(famous for Niseko), which is located in northern part of Japan. My hometown is rich in nature and the environment made me nature lover. It is really sad for me to lose beautiful scenery because of human activities/industries and it is impossible to be silent and pretend to not be watching this significant changes. The goal of my life is to create a system which enables us to live in sustainable society. It is not enough to reduce the amount of consumed resources. We need to chenge the current system drastically by applying both CN(Carbon Neutral) and CE(Circular Economy) ideas.
