About Soichiro Tabuchi

I joined Accenture in 2008 in the consulting practice. I've been working across banking/capital market/insurance clients in financial services, joining on the projects such as business process re-engineering, project management and IT strategy. After 4 years of consulting work, I was keen to deepen my expertise on finance/accounting area and decided the transfer to CFM (Client Financial Management) in 2012. For 3 years as a CFM, I've been involved in financial management for ongoing consulting/outsourcing projects where I was in charge of forecasting, actual analysis, process design for financial management and so on. After moving to DS (Deal Structuring) in 2015, I have worked on pricing and financial deal shaping activities for sales opportunities leveraging my experience in consulting, accounting and law. Currently I'm working on various sales opportunities in Asia Pacific (Japan, Singapore and Australia) with sales person by playing a role as "Business Advisor" in finance/commercial aspects. I have certain amount of experience on business case creation and value based deals.
