University Engaged in public speaking, focusing on problems such as suicide and sex education, exploring causes and solutions, and presenting at multiple English speech contests. Won 1st prize at the Annual All Japan Intercollegiate English Oratorical Contest for university students in the third year. Also worked as an instructor at a rock climbing gym, teaching climbing techniques and training methods to clients. Career April 2023 - February 2024 Joined Tata Consultancy Services Japan, Ltd. as a new graduate and was assigned to a global SAP project starting in October. Involved in the ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA upgrade project, focusing on mapping business partner data and conducting bulk upload testing. Ensured data integrity and created template files for the bulk upload. March 2024 - June 2024 Led the security team, managing post-S/4HANA migration maintenance. Adjusted user roles and permissions based on client needs, created and modified roles, and assigned them to users. Documented security team tasks for handover to foreign-affiliated vendors and conducted knowledge transfer on user registration, privileged user operations, and permissions adjustments. August 2024 - October 2024 Participated in a working holiday in Brisbane, Australia. Having been unable to study abroad during university due to COVID-19, this was my first overseas experience after entering the workforce. Worked at Vietnamese and Italian restaurants, but returned to Japan after two months abroad due to family circumstances. March 2025 - Present Joined an SAP GTM (Global Trade Management for trading companies) implementation project as a consultant. Responsible for Fit & Gap analysis between client systems and SAP, and for creating business process flows. From August, involved in a maintenance project, handling helpdesk ticket responses and supporting the migration to ISO 20022 for international fund transfers.
