A Supply Chain & Procurement CxO with work experience across India, USA and Europe, I have been in Leadership roles across diverse businesses at large corporations that are leaders in their respective domains. My work experience across MNCs and Indian Corporations has helped me develop an optimal blend of process robustness and adaptive agility.In my current Executive Leadership role at Manipal Hospitals, among the largest private hospitals networks in Asia, we've successfully embarked on a transformational journey towards SCM & Procurement excellence - focussing on improved operational efficiencies while, in parallel, scaling the function up to cater to business growth avenues.As part of the founding MT of Philips' Healthcare Innovation Center (HIC) in India in my previous role, and concurrently holding global Management positions at 3 businesses/functions, I've helped integrate two acquisitions into Philips. Having built the Purchasing team grounds-up ensuring an optimal balance of experience, expertise & capability across locations in India and in The Netherlands, I was accountable for functional deliverables to the Global Mobile Surgery business across geographies, & to multiple BUs at HIC India.Through my career, I've had a direct working experience across multiple domains within Supply Chain & Procurement viz. Materials Planning, Strategic Sourcing & Commodity Management, NPI Procurement, Supplier Quality & Supplier Development, Operational Procurement, Warehousing & Logistics, Purchasing Processes & Systems, and Globalization.During my tenure in the USA, I have been Cleveland’s founding Chapter Leader of GE’s Asian Pacific American Forum, an affinity network that seeks to bring in a cultural element to the workplace.I've been privileged to have had multiple recognitions throughout my career. I value ethics, and am a strong believer in the power of collaboration.
