About Sok Sarin

Sarin SOK is a Chevening Scholar 22/23 (UK government scholarship) pursuing MA in Education (Technology Enhanced Learning) at the University of Huddersfield in the United Kingdom.Sarin has worked in the educational and corporate sectors since 2012. His most recent position was as a pedagogy team manager at the international NGO Pour un Soure d'enfant (PSE), where he was responsible for teacher professional development, educational planning and evaluation, curriculum design and development, organisational learning and development, and pedagogy innovation. Aside from that, he was one of the Corporate Trainers at CAM-ASEAN Corporate Training Centre, where he was in charge of delivering training on a variety of topics such as English for Communication, English Business, and other soft skills. He had previously worked as an academic manager, trainer, and school principal.Sarin, who has been teaching English since 2012, has extensive experience in school leadership, staff capacity building, academic programme quality assurance, training, and event planning (training of trainers, roundtable discussion, reflection workshop, and so on). Sarin was an ABI Public Speaking and Debate Club co-initiator, team leader, trainer, and adjudicator. He was also the winner of the Youth Resource Development Program's research writing competition and a former Research Fellowship Program young scholar at the Center for Khmer Studies. He has recently been invited to be a keynote speaker by a number of well-known universities and organisations in Cambodia to discuss a variety of topics with diverse groups of participants.He can be reached via: sarinsok99@gmail.com
