My combined experience in property management, real estate brokerage, and military service, allows me to provide exceptional investment analysis, negotiation, and conflict resolution for my partners and clients. I am continuously looking for opportunities to expand our business portfolio, including the acquisition of small businesses that meet specific criteria. I am currently seeking to acquire cash-flowing businesses that have been in operation for at least 10 years and are earning between $1 million and $5 million in annual revenue in the home services industry. Some of the home service businesses that fit these criteria include tax preparation, credit repair, property management, real estate brokerage, handyman services, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, note servicing, and landscaping. I believe that my skills, discipline, and leadership experience gained from the military have aided me in becoming a successful entrepreneur in the real estate industry. My goal is to continue growing my business by providing exceptional service to my partners and clients, and acquiring businesses that align with my business model.
