With a strong focus on leadership, Dr. Baskaran has made significant contributions in various areas, particularly in organisational development (OD). Purpose of Dr. Baskaran's Contributions at the OD Centre: 1. Leadership coaching, counselling, and change management facilitation. Customised Management Development Programs (MDPs) to assess and address training and development needs. Designing Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) model. OD interventions for aligning HR practices with business strategies and models both vertically and horizontally. Academic Achievements- Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, where Dr. Baskaran was a rank holder and gold medalist (1990)- Bachelor of Law (LL.B, 1990-1993)- Masters in Public Administration from Presidency College, Chennai, the oldest college in India.
