I have 16+ years of experience in the insurance industry, including property and casualty, premium finance, Disability and Medicare. Currently, I am the Vice President of Operations at Western Asset Protection, a company whose core values are aligned with my personal brand of leadership, integrity, customer focus, and a constant pursuit to improve quality. Most importantly, I work daily with people that are dynamic, professional, and innovative, and we have fun while delivering results, meeting objectives and exceeding expectations. My friendly, calm and approachable demeanor coupled with my “open door” policy allows my internal and external customers to approach me with any conflict, problem, obstacle or situation. They can be confident that it will be handled diplomatically while I assess the situation from all angles and make a decision for a resolution. As an analytical “big picture” people person, I offer edge and energy by constantly evaluating ways to improve things without losing the mindset that business is a balance and “soft skills” are a significant part of business collaboration.
