As a private chef with over 10 years of experience, I create delicious, nutritious, and customized meals for a variety of clients and occasions. I have a passion for cooking and baking, and I am always eager to learn new recipes and techniques. I have a strong background in hospitality, food preparation, and portion control, and I enjoy working in dynamic and fast-paced environments. I am currently a private chef at Lime Studios, a busy production studio where I provide breakfast and lunch to staff, clients, and talent. I bake scratch breakfast pastries, serve approximately 30-40 people daily, and accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions. I also control all aspects of the kitchen, including ordering, food cost, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance. In addition, I work as a personal chef for private clients, preparing, creating, and delivering family-friendly meals for the week. I also coordinate large events at different locations, cook on site, and provide all food and staffing. I have excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills, and I am committed to providing the highest quality of ingredients and plated food.
