As the Chief Financial Officer at Despatch Cloud, a leading cloud-based shipping and order management platform, I am responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, operations, and reporting of the company. I have been in this role since September 2021, after two years of serving as the Operations Manager, where I improved the efficiency and scalability of the business processes and systems. With more than 15 years of experience in the accounting industry, I have developed a strong expertise in global finance and accounting, cash reconciliation, process improvement, and new technology implementation. I hold an MBA Essentials certificate from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and I am a full member of the Institute of Export & International Trade. I am passionate about delivering high-quality results, managing relationships, and establishing controls that support the growth and profitability of the company.
