THREE YEARS I HAVE WORKED WITH GULFTAINER CO. (ONE OF THE LEADING CONTAINER TERMINALS IN UAE). TWO YEARS I HAVE WORKED WITH SAUDI YANBU PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY (YANPET) ONE OF THE LEADING PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY IN THE WORLD. TWO YEARS I HAVE WORKED WITH MANNAI CO. ONE OF THE LEADING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN QATAR. TEN YEARS I HAVE WORKED WITH LEIGHTON ONE OF THE LEADING OIL & GAS COMPANY. • Complete administration and management of Store operation. • Conduct Monthly Quarterly and Annual Inventory Audit and submit report to management with specific briefing of issues if any. • Maintain and manage MIS of Inventory in ERP SAP System. • Coordination with Logistics for to and fro material transportation. • Assist in the development and maintenance to streamline business systems. • Regular site visits and actively manage difficult issues. • Timely renewing of Sub-Contractors and Suppliers. • General Labour and security administration. • Receive inspect and maintain record of all incoming and outgoing materials tools and equipment. • Conduct regular check / scheduled stock-take and update the Asset Inventory on a scheduled basis. • Maintain all materials tools and equipment and ensure they are in good condition at all times. • Material issue as per first in first out procedure (FIFO) . Responsible for Contract and Vendor management including local and international procurement • Physical verification of Material. • Maintain record of incoming and outgoing material in SAP system. • Bin to Bin material transfer in SAP system. • Creation of SAP code for new arrival. • Material receipt and issue in SAP system.
