As a Registered Nurse and Facility Manager, I have led teams through significant transformations, including helping facilities achieve full accreditation after periods of uncertainty. I believe that leadership stems not from reacting to failure, but from embracing a mindset of success and thoughtful decision-making. My goal is to foster environments where both staff and residents thrive. In addition to my work in healthcare, I am the author of three published spiritual books that explore deeper ways to live with purpose and fulfillment. Through my writing, I seek to inspire and guide others toward a life of satisfaction that transcends the chaos of the world. With a strong commitment to faith, family, and well-being, I constantly explore new ways to be a light in the darkness and help others discover a sense of peace and purpose.
