Background

About Solomon Shearman

I asked myself this question almost 15 years ago and today I can answer it with a bit more wisdom. God has given me the wisdom to realize as a Human resource manager I have the ability to impact the lives of my employees in a way that can create a lasting change. In addition when I am not tied down by the administration that comes with my field I am able to touch individuals by using the love that God gave me to make differences in their life. This was most evident during the past year of my life as a H.R manager. This change is what dreams are made off when one sits down with an employee and offers them direction to help develop their career. The guidance you offer can build their lives and those of future generations to come. As a Human resource manager all conversations are not that easy. As a HR manager I had conversations that lead to separation and or Reasonability based performance measures. These conversations while difficult should be treated with dignity and care in the same manner as with the prior conversation.
