I am a seasoned IT professional with 20 years of experience in software development, team leadership, scrum master and project management. My career journey spans working with renowned companies like ASML, Canon, HP, Dell, Stefanini, and where I honed a diverse skill set encompassing software engineering, business process analysis, and project delivery. With a Master's Degree in Computer Science, I bring a solid technical foundation and a passion for innovative solutions. My academic work included implementing experimental programming languages and exploring distributed systems, experiences that instilled a deep understanding of adaptability and collaboration in complex environments. Throughout my career, I have worked with an array of technologies (.Net, C++, Typescript, Python, SQL, Java, and more), and successfully bridged the gap between technical and business teams. As a tech lead and backend developer in a USA-based startup (Brite), I lead cross-functional teams in a serverless environment leveraging AWS. Previously, I have served as a Project Manager, Process Analyst, SAP PM Consultant, and even as an IT Professor, showcasing my ability to wear multiple hats effectively. In parallel with these activities, from 2012 to 2020, I was a professor in several computing subjects at Faculdade Monteiro Lobato. While teaching there, I came in contact with technologies such as Business Intelligence, Docker, Python, Swift, as well as a bit of blockchain tech. My leadership philosophy is grounded in fostering team cohesion, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. I have a proven track record of guiding teams through complex projects and delivering value-driven results.
