Accounting Assistant professional with several years of experience. Keeping financial records updated, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements. Processing business transactions such as accounts payable and receivable. Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies. Complying with the State’s rules and the organization’s regulations. At my current position at Compassion Road Academy, my top priority and passion are to assist in improving the communication between students’ parents who are Spanish Speakers, and the academic staff. My biggest achievement has been to increase the communication between them up to fifty percent in the first year of my role, thus by providing active listening, solving problems, following up through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings using my bilingual and bicultural skills as a Translator/Interpreter. I am proficient in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I have strong multitasking, organizational, data entry, Zoom, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
