I have a range of expertise from setting up a technical lab, business/market development, go to market strategy to extensive knowledge of compliances with guidelines for biomedical research and very niche biobanking area in ever-changing Indian and global markets. Leadership comes naturally to me, and as a manager, I like to lead by example and my leadership style is best described as “human” and transformative. I have led teams in the major span of my career but had been an individual contributor as well for a very strategic project.
