Bio Soma has over 15+ years of hands-on experience working across wide variety of roles in Healthcare, Transitions, Process Excellence, Data analytics and Operating Roles spanning across Australia, US and India. She has worked extensively across the public and private sectors, banking sector, Not for Profit sector and corporate health companies. She has played active role in analyzing an organization's processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance. Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and develop solutions that align with business goals. Many of her role involves data analysis, creating reports, and recommending strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. In her current organization she is working in the product team with responsibilities for defining and prioritizing the features and requirements of the EMR product while translating the product into a device agnostic platform. She has worked as liaison between stakeholders and the development team, creating a clear product vision and maintaining a well-prioritized backlog. Actively involved in the development process which aligns with the product strategy, makes decisions on trade-offs, and validates that the final product delivers value and meets market demands. Personal In her spare time, she enjoys reading, painting and other form or art, experimenting with cooking and most of all goofing around with her kids.
