I am PhD in Economics with specialization in Environmental Economics- An active researcher currently working as Consultant (Economics) at Centre for WTO studies- Handled wide-ranging projects sponsored by DST, DFID, GOI, etc- Working knowledge of big databases like NSS, CMIE PROWESSIQ, TRADE MAP, WITS, TiVA, UNCTAD, WTO- TAO etc- Have been associated with IIFT, IEG, IIM Calcutta, World Bank- Experience of working in areas viz. Environmental Economics, Technology, Innovation and Firm performance, International Economics, Tariff and Non-Tariff Measures, Trade and Environment Linkage and Sustainability- I also taught a course on Environmental Economics, Management and Policy at Shiv Nadar University- I have the experience of conducting primary survey at household and firm level- I am also engaged in trade data analysis using various modelling techniques and simulation. I have the experience of handling ProwessIO data base to assess firms’ capabilities and innovation- I have the working experience on the Market Access Issues in terms of trade policies, investment of other government issues- I have advanced knowledge of econometrics and non-parametric tools for data analysis. To handle large dataset for my research, I have comfortably used the statistical software like STATA, EVIEWS, SPSS and AMOS- I also appointed as a short term consultant at World Bank.
