I serve as the Director at Param India Limited, and my journey has been deeply inspired by watching my father work with unwavering dedication and commitment. His earnest efforts laid the foundation for my drive to achieve excellence in everything I do. My academic path began at Modern School, Vasant Vihar, where I was proud to be the topper in the Commerce CBSE batch of 2011. I went on to complete my B.Com (H) at Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, Delhi University, graduating in 2014. My professional career started at KPMG, where I secured a campus placement as an Audit Associate. Within just 9 months of my 1.5-year tenure, I earned recognition for outstanding performance. My passion for entrepreneurship, inspired by my father's work ethic, led me to further my education. I pursued Innovation & Entrepreneurship at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, gaining insights into consumer behavior, business modeling, and marketing strategies. In 2018, I joined Param Dairy as a Management Trainee and was entrusted with launching key departments in Marketing & HR. Over time, I embraced leadership roles across Sales & Marketing, Accounts, HR, and system creation. One of my proudest moments was during the pandemic when I spearheaded a strategic collaboration with Mondalez International, distributing free Bournvita samples with every full cream milk pack—strengthening customer engagement and brand loyalty. Inspired by a belief in continuous growth, I pursued an executive course at IIM, Ahmedabad, focusing on the complexities of the Indian business ecosystem. Today, alongside expert consultants, I’m leading Param India Limited on a transformative journey aimed at achieving triple-digit growth and establishing our company as the industry leader in North India within the next five years.
