My experience as the Department Head in the college council has honed my ability to lead diverse teams, fostering collaboration and driving innovative solutions. I have also served as Head Volunteer at Pune Marathons, where I developed strong listening and motivational skills, ensuring seamless event execution while inspiring fellow volunteers. My internships at College Dunia and Genix Educational Academy provided me with valuable insights into operational efficiency and educational strategies, further enhancing my capacity to innovate and adapt in dynamic environments.
