Hello, I'm Sona! I am mom to a beautiful baby girl, military spouse and I started LOOM Wellness + Yoga 14 years ago, offering yoga, mindfulness and Ayurveda education, facilitation and trainings for individuals and groups. I have led 200HR level trainings, workshops and weekly classes as well as worked with independent clients and corporations. Prior to that, I worked in various sectors. I started in the non-profit world and then moved into retail management. I have 6 years of experience there with a particular penchant for visual merchandising and customer support / guest relations. I also spent 4 years as a design and marketing associate overseeing project management, event planning, website, brand creation and editing. To round it out, I have several years of varied real estate experience as commercial property manager, residential broker, a MILLIE Scout providing assistance to military families and a landlord. I am entrepreneurial, driven, engaging and adaptive and enjoy working as part of a team. I have been described as an approachable and attentive leader who is diligent, solutions-focused and operationally sound. I love helping people and creating memorable client experiences!
