Why do we behave the way we do?This is a question that has piqued my curiosity throughout my life and career and driven me to pursue a degree in Experimental Psychology, a 15 year+ career in Advertising and Marketing and more recently to create impact in individuals lives as a Transformational Coach. I am a strategic Business and Project Leader and creative problem solver. Having worked with global brands, big and small, as well as social enterprises to deliver effective multi-channel marketing campaigns and programmes, I come equipped with skills in team leadership, business development, project management, strategic planning, creative development, creative facilitation, campaign production, stakeholder relationship management and financial management.I have a keen interest in behavioural science, sustainable business models, circular economy and other solutions to address the climate crisis, as well as discovering news ways to unlock the creative potential in individuals and organisations. I am most fulfilled by using my skills and experience to understand and execute innovative ways to influence positive change in the world.
