About Sonali Jain

IT Graduate Program at BNP Paribas, with early experience in strategy and transformation across financial services. I’ve worked on challenges spanning both high-level strategy and operational execution. At Alvarez & Marsal, I supported post-acquisition IT strategy for a bank, at Société Générale, I streamlined reporting and process frameworks and at ENGIE, I contributed to corporate strategy initiatives at the C-suite level. Outside of corporate roles, I co-founded a vegan food startup. It was an intense, rewarding experience that honed my problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and adaptability in uncertain environments. I’m passionate about the intersection of financial services, technology, and impact, and excited to keep building in spaces where systems thinking meets execution.
