As a Personal Banker at HDFC Bank, I provide financial solutions and services to customers, such as opening accounts, offering loans, and managing transactions. I also cross-sell and upsell various banking products, such as insurance, credit cards, and investments, to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. With the help of my team, I have achieved a high customer retention rate and generated a substantial revenue for the bank. I am currently pursuing my MBA degree at Assam Institute of Management, where I am specializing in Management. I have completed multiple certifications in the fields of securities markets, stock trading, and effective communication, which have enhanced my skills and knowledge. During my MBA program, I have also gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at DSP Mutual Fund and a Sales and Marketing Intern at Universal Tribes, where I learned about different aspects of the financial and e-commerce sectors. I am passionate about learning new things and taking on challenging responsibilities that will help me grow as a professional and as a person.
