Are you in pain in your role as a parent and leader- Do you feel you have tried all that you could to solve a specific challenge but without any positive outcome- Do you have this inner sense that is guiding you to connect with someone who can listen, understand and work along with you to channelize your pain and challenging areas- Are you hungry to learn and become more self-aware and resilient? There is just one mantra for all your trials, struggles, confusion, and doubts: The MANTRA - “If you are in pain, you are the one in error” This quote explains my work, my vision, my purpose, and my objective very accurately. We have all been gifted with the same power and inner tools to help us lead a happy, successful, and fulfilling life. The difference is in our ability to recognize and acknowledge these powers and abilities. Some can naturally learn about these powers during the lifespan. For others, they must be led to these powers. I partner with parents and leaders who are at the ‘Ready’ stage in their life and are willing to learn, practice and transform wherever required. If the parent or leader is experiencing pain and struggles with their child or team, the root cause lies in the parent/leader and not the child/team. Why me? Because I genuinely care. I have realized the power I have to understand complex people issues, troubleshoot to connect the dots and plant new thought seeds that can be nurtured to bring about positive changes in our lives. This deviation in my professional journey has been led by the awareness of my life purpose and my inner calling to engage myself to simplify complex people challenges. When can you connect with me? Your cue - You are a parent and/or leader and have tried all possible mediums and ways to resolve specific long-standing pain areas and challenges at home and/or at work. You seek a deeper understanding of the outcomes and results you are seeing in your life and are now open to work upon yourself to be able to manage and sail through life with minimal effort and minimal emotional upheaval.
