About Sonam Jain

I help founders turn plans into pipelines. As Business Head @ First500days, I build growth systems—GTM, client acquisition, key account management, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and operations—so teams ship consistently. As Founder of Gullak Macrames, I run a D2C brand employing artisans across India, which keeps my strategy grounded in marketplace ops, vendor SLAs, demand forecasting, and the realities of working capital. I started in finance at Axis Bank, learning numbers as narratives: risk, revenue, relationships. That lens now powers my work in startup consulting, digital marketing, customer success, and RevOps. What I do best • Growth & GTM: ICP → positioning → offers, funnel & cohort analysis, activation/retention • Key Accounts/CRM: onboarding, health scores, QBRs, renewals/expansions, churn risk flags • Digital Marketing: content ops, lifecycle automation, performance reporting, SEO/AEO, social • Operations: vendor & inventory, SOPs/SLAs, forecasting, process maps, on-time delivery • Fundraising readiness: metrics hygiene, story, deck/data room, diligence prep How I work Clarity over noise. Fewer priorities, deeper ownership, weekly measurable progress. If you value calm, compounding growth, let’s connect.
