I have over 3 years experience in the medical sector with a great passion for the pharmaceutical industry. I am ABPI qualified and my expertise runs across all therapy areas - Diabetes, COPD/asthma, Cardiovascular, Influenza. Since August 2014, I have worked as a Customer Service Associate for AstraZeneca providing excellent customer service to GP practices through the delivery of AZ value-added services, patient support/educational materials and therapy-area related information (including device demonstrations). I am personally accountable for a high level of therapy and environmental knowledge. I also have experience working for a CRO in the Pharmacovigilance sector. I have gained knowledge about the various methods to monitor both drug and device (clinical trials and pre and post-marketing) and cosmetic safety. I am a team player, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and with my colleagues I aim to drive the best results for clients.
